Can I substitute two P215/R16 tires for OEM P225/R16 on Subaru 2004 Outback? Thanks for your help!

I know I use 215/16/60 in the winter for my snow tires ( all Four Tires) and then switch them back to the P225/16/60 after winter is over Always try keep the same size tires all the way around on a Subie for the reasons stated by tennisshoes
