how do you remove a 96 accord stereo

i need to know how to remove the stereo so i can get the code. it cleared when i put a new battery.

I don't think the code will be located on the stereo -- this is an anti-theft system, and it wouldn't make much sense if the code to secure it was printed on it in case someone stole it. Call a dealership, they should be able to give you the code or tell you how to reset the code using your VIN number.
