fuel pump does not turn on, new sensors has spark now, fuel pump is okay when Dcd, relays are fine just can't seem to get the pump on..

Many things. Try locking then unlocking drivers door with key (not fob) and see if you hear fuel pump and if it starts,other thing is try another spare key (not the valet)
