1997 Honda Accord SE Radio Code Honda doesn't have

Is there another option or way of retrieving my radio code because I have taken it apart and provided my VIN #, radio serial #, and model # of the radio to Honda and they don't have the code?  Now I am stuck driving in silence because I had to change the battery.  Maybe I just have to replace the radio since Honda can't retrieve it.

I am having the same issue. But won’t find any answers. I have my code but don’t know how to put the code in.
