Vaccum lines and hoses

I need help I bought this car and they
put a cold air intake on it but there are
some vaccum lines and this valve
sensor thing I have no where it goes
and the air intake is not hooked up
properly what is this it hooks up to the
small fuse box is it needed without the
air box since the cold intake was put
on?

Find a proper intake that's compatible for your car whether it's OEM or a cold air intake and throw that one away.
