Anyone else had a third engine block with oil consumption issues?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2014 Subaru Forester (2.5L - 6 speed manual).  I have had two
engine block replacements so far and the third block has now failed an oil
consumption test (57,000 km/35,000 mi after installation).  Thought I was in
the clear as the first two blocks went much faster.  Am fighting with Subaru
Canada to have them do something other than replace the block again.
Curious if anyone else has had a three engine blocks fail oil consumption
tests.

I am on my third engine in my 2015 Forester but it only uses one quart in 5,000 miles.

No, no lemon laws up here. Instead we have a mediation process but from what I've read of the outcomes (which are binding), it isn't always a favourable way to go. Trying the consumer advocate at my local media station and to make contact farther up the Subaru food chain.
