Front drivers side door

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My drivers side door will not lock. When I use the lock
button on drivers side it locks all the door except the
drivers door. Movement is minimal and I am wondering if it
is the actuator or something else. I need to know the part
number for the actuator for a 1998 Honda Civic LX. Thank
you.
