VW PASSAT radio switching between phone mode

Hey all, my 2003 vw passats radio keeps switching
between phone mode and tape b. This usually happens
when i hit a bump in a road and then wont  get to normal
until if stopped the car for a while. Has anyone hadd a
simialar issue? Any insight is appreciated

I have a similar problem in my 2013 Passat SE. i’ll Be listening to the radio and it randomly switches to BT or AUX and usually starts playing my iTunes. if I pick up my phone it does it too. Is there a setting I need to change?

I have similar problem to n my Passat 2012. Keeps switching to BT from radio when I get a text or notification on phone
