Engine vibration

2008 vw passat b6 3.6 v6 4motion after i
clean the throttle body and i change the
spark plug i have vibration in the engine What
should I check?

Thanks you for your cooperation There no misfire and the engine mounts in good condition also the crank pulley. I saw the RPM playing up and down and when i start the car early morning after it get warm the RPM go less than 400 and after driving the car and stop it again stay on 850-900. Regards
