how to remove and replace front left fender 1998 accord lx sedan

Lift hood, remove headlight, remove inner fender well (after removing tire), remove bolts at top of fender inside engine bay, remove bolts at bottom of fender (near door bottom inside door jam and near windshield inside door jamb) and then look for bolts in front behind headlight and near lower valance. Reverse to reinstall.
