Honda Accord EX have to pump gas pedal to start when its cold

1998 model. 230K miles. Once started and warm, runs fine and idles fine.
Code reader displays no codes at all. No check engine light. Got fuel at
different places. 2.3 L Vtec

It sounds like it is leaking down during extended non use periods. You should never have to [pump a pedal on a fuel injected engine. I would have pump and rails pressure tested and also check for a leaky injector(s).
