Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Im getting fuel trim lean codes.   Two of them.  
P0170 p0171.Car does sounds like its running a Lil
lean.  Two new 02 sensors on it.  New exhaust and
manifold.  Any ideas

Id considered that. I'm just not sure why a vaccume leak would cause that and were it may be.
