Backup camera not showing in infotainment

Hi,

I have a 2014 Volkswagen CC DSG. When I
put the camera in reverse, nothing happen in
the infotainment (not even an error message).
But I see that the backup camera pop from
the trunk. I don’t know how I can resolve the
issue. I tried to connect and disconnect the
battery, but no success. Do you guys have an
idea on what could be the problem?

Gene answered about a year ago

European vehicles all have wiring issues so that is where to start. Remember you will need a good wiring diagram and shop manual before you even attempt working on it.
