Buying a 2015 Dodge Caravan over 200km

Asked by Tada123 Apr 10, 2018 at 09:11 PM about the 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew FWD

Question type: General

Looking at buying a 2015 Dodge Caravan Crew
with over 200km. It has been serviced monthly but
no indication on what has been done to the van or
what was serviced. I'm hesitatant only because I
feel 200km means more issues are likley to
happen with a higher km, but I am reading higher
km is just how we think and if it has been serviced
well it should be good. Thoughts? It's a great price.

Unless they are selling this for $500 stay away. I went against everything I'd ever heard about Chrysler trucks and vans and bought a 2012 with 80,000 miles because it was in great shape and ran great. @ 96,000 miles.. transmission had to be rebuilt. It was in the shop for a week and half, cost me $3500. As soon as we left the shop we noticed the transmission acting strange but tried to ignore it because they said it was reprogrammed with the latest from Dodge. After a week the transmission started acting worse than before. Back in the shop and they are struggling to figure out what went wrong. Trying to blame it on everything but the work they did. They have had it for over a week again and actually took it to a local dodge dealer without my consent to get a 2nd opinion.
