Oil in Radiator but not in Engine

I have a 1999 Honda Civic and I'v checked the dip stick and engine cap for any
water and it is all dry just regular oil but i see oil in my radiator and coolant
reservoir.

The oil could be from the transmission via the transmission cooler on the bottom of the radiator or you could have a head gasket leak.
