What is wrong with my 2000 Honda Civic's Heat/Air?

It is making a horrible sound when I turn the heat or A/C on. And now it is super
loud and no longer producing Heat. Do you think it has a bad belt? Is it an easy
fix?

There is no belt, could be the motor is going, it's not an easy fix...
