You have a vacume line leak,or the throttle position sensor is bad.

Check line,s at manifold,and intake,should here hissing sound,you can use carb cleaner,spray around top of intake,if car die,s or rev,s higher you found the leak,

i have a 04 honda civic i drive everyday went to work this morning no problem.. when i tried leaving work car starts up every time but after 2 seconds if that it dies out... also tried holding down pedal and rpm goes up but still dies out and can hear like putty noise from exhaust fuel pump sounds like its working and i can see from engine it shoots out.... what can this be? 1 Answer

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Ex that the engine light is coming on. I took it to have the codes read and it came up CSF sensor so I replaced it but the light is still on.
