My honda civic is telling me code p1297 help

My 2000 Honda civic wont start..  The code that's
popping up is p1298 or p1297 the ecm..help..

Electric load detector. There is a TSB out on these Hondas regarding this. It is located under the fuse box. Disconnect negative battery cable before you start.
