2000 ford ranger 2.5l won't start

Asked by MyTruckbroken Apr 07, 2018 at 01:58 PM about the 2000 Ford Ranger Electric XL

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My ranger went start, it cranks but seems like it
isn't getting spark. I've changed to coil packs still
won't start, also changed the EGR valve and EGR
solenoid. Has new plugs and wires. Seems to be
getting fuel.

Check the crankshaft sensor. Mine was mysteriously disconnected. Check to see if the wiring isn't ripped if the plastic buckle is attack to it.
