High speed cooling fan

My son has same problem with high speed cooling fan. Constantly on and off,
then stays on for 30 mins before shutting off. Been to Ford dealer where
everything A/C related was changed. Didn't work. This fan comes on even
when heater and A/C are turned off.

Id follow the harness coming out of the fuse box and gently push on it to see if the control wire for computers high speed control mode is rubbing ground somewhere. The wire is white/blue
