My 07 Taurus vent will not blow ambient air temp air in the cabin, it heats the
air as if you have heater on.  Repair facility has changed accuator for heat
door and whole heater box (door had crack in it) and can't seem to find
problem.  Any ideas for fix, just want outside temp air sometimes?

There is a an ambient temp sensor and a heater core sensor. They should have scanned for codes on these parts. Both or either could effect the issue your having. Good Luck!
