Changed starter n fuel pump still don't start

I have a 2000 Honda accord I have a new started I
got a new fuel pump my car don't wana start it
cranks but it won't start. My dad said cause I had
no gas but now I do n it still don't start after I
changed the fuel pump. Please help

Do you have fuel pressure? spark? did you check compression? timing belt break/jump?
