Determine the point of entry first- cant advise without knowing where the water is coming from. Patience and a keen eye will be key here. Anticipate searching when wet weather is in the forecast and have paper towels and flashlight within reach. Gravity is your guide, you'll have to catch the trail before the carpet absorbs and becomes soaked, which will prevent your ability to trace the route. Once you know point of origin, post a new question as to how to address problem area. Possible scenarios vary greatly, but Id check interior firewall for missing or damaged rubber plugs, under carpet plugs and windshield surround (plastic tray area under wipers, etc)

Found this on another site- Folks, folks, sunroof is the least cause. There is a manufacturing defect in the main body of the car, above the main fuse box in the driver side there’s a hole below the lower left corner of the windshield, you can only see it if you look up from under the dash in day light, you need to find that hole and seal it with silicones and roof tapes, 2003 accord V6 worst car ever, followed by odyssey’s, Hondas are worst than Jeeps. Mercedes Benz, the best or nothing.
