2001 Honda civic ex sedan

Hi I would really appreciate you're help, so I was doing a
head gasket replacement and was in the process of putting
it in TDC but I  the middle of that the harmonic balancer got
like stuck. I had some wood under the oil pan. Along with a
floor Jack on the engine. Spark plugs were out. and I was
turning it counter clockwise.  Now, I left that just like that
and went ahead and continued the removal of the rest of
the parts. Replaced water pump, head gasket, tensioner
pulley, and I am ready to put it all back together. But now I
have to deal with this harmonic balancer that just won't
turn. Can someone plz. Help me....
