Hard shifting transmission

My transmission shifts hard on my 2001 Accord Lx when I switch from park to
reverse, it does fine in every gear until I put in reverse and then it shifts hard
sometimes harder than others. I just recently had a fluid exchange and it still
shifted real hard into reverse what could be the problem?

Who did the service? do they know what they are doing? either you need a good service with the correct fluid and filter or your 17 year old tranny is slowly slipping into the grave-
