imported a 2016 Toyota aqua from Japan, After some time the engine cannot start as the READY light on dashboard is not showing that is not becoming GREEN. Please kindly advise

Thanks One more remark I have When the Start/Stop button is pushed to start the engine all lights on the dash board go off. And yet the engine cannot start.Please what can be the cause

Does Toyota Aqua Hybrid has a Starter> how to check the starter? The Toyota Hybrid starts through Hybrid engine first and on acceleration the fuel Engine turns on.Please kindly advise
