knock in right front area

Asked by Xantia_5197 Mar 09, 2017 at 07:55 PM about the 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE Premium 8-Passenger

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

6 weeks ago bought used 2016 Sienna.  After about 3 weeks, we noticed solid knock or pop in front right wheel area.  Returned it to dealer, said if was defective strut, replaced under warranty.  Week later, same problem.  Happens most when braking during left turn.  I walked beside car while wife slowly drove and problem definitely comes from wheel area.   If strut was replaced, what else could this be.

The car is brand new, but a defective CV joint, defective strut mount or a bad wheel bearing
