Did you get any help with this problem? I am having it too. My automatic sliding door on the left side will almost close, but then stop and open back up. A Honda dealer has already replaced the "left male assembly", but that did not fix the problem.

Most electric sliding door issues are from debris in the door tracks, door out of adjustment, worn hinges/slides or rollers on the affected door. Lube all rollers, slides and hinges and see if that helps or check for excessive drop or lift of the door when it latches and adjust as needed.

The center roller is the most common issue for the odyssey. part numbers for the 2005-2006 are: 924-128 Left Hand LH 924-429 RIght Hand RH Don't throw away the old one yet because you will still need the bracket half to attach to the door. these assume the Center Rail (Track) is still good.
