Why does my heat only work when the car is
moving as soon as it stopped it blows out cold as
long as it's sitting is cold air when is moving is hot
please help

That's a very common problem. Top up the coolant level in the radiator as well as in the coolant bottle with 50/50 mix of antifreeze. Or just buy the "premixed 50/50 coolant good to minus 35 degrees F. You have a big air bubble that interrupts the flow of hot coolant to the heater.
