How to make a 2002 Honda Civic EX into a reliable 225HP vehicle

I am looking into buying a 2002 Honda Civic EX because they are very
available and I was wondering how much money I could be looking at to
increase the car by 100 Whp or maybe even more. Also I could really use some
help in knowing what direction to go to reach that goal. Thank you so much!

With enough boost you can probably add 100hp but I doubt it will be reliable. If you use all that power it won't last long unless you spend big bucks rebuilding the engine to withstand all that boost.
