Is there oil in the engine and gearbox? I have used 5th gear for a push start. How long has it been since the car was running? You could try jumper cables. Make sure your connections are correct. The donor car will charge the low battery. Providing that battery is still chargeable. Or, bring the battery to an Auto Zone for FREE charge and evaluation.

Can you turn the engine over using a socket and breaker bar on the crank? Sounds like the engine has seized / frozen. Pull the spark plugs out and try turning it over again.
