Why my brake lights wouldn't go off

My car is a 2002 Honda Accord lx and my brake
lights will not go off.... I have no switch behind my
brake pedal... what do I do to turn them off

Part number with cruise control is SLS241, without cruise control is SLS256. Hope that helps! Jim
