Do I need a radiator flush or can it be something else

I have a Honda Accord v6 2002 and it over
heated once I had the air conditioner on
and no water I was driving a lot , I added
water and now everytime I drive some
where the water boileds in the radiator and
the tank but no over heating I don't see
any leaks neither what could be

If you are running straight water it will boil fairly easily. You need 50/50 coolant. A flush can't hurt.
