Radio went dead

Asked by rjloseke May 04, 2015 at 11:03 PM about the 2003 Honda Odyssey EX FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving my kids to school in the morning and we were listening to the radio like
always.  I went over and bump and we heard a loud pop, then some crackling, then our
radio went completely dead.  I checked the fuse according to the manual and it did not
blow.  Any other suggestions?

Had the same before, probably the wires connecting to speaker went loose, need to re-connect wires.

Do you know how to reconnect the wires? Would this cause the radio to go completely dead? It will not turn on at all...
