At freeway speeds we occasionally hear a humming noise coming from the climate vents.
It is almost like a muffled trumpet type of noise. Anyone else ever hear this? It is typically
over 60mph.

YES....I have a Honda Element and told my son that at 40 mph I thought people were honking at me! At 50 - 60 it is a steady honk noise or like someone is skidding a wooden chair across the floor, there is NO vibration and I can hear it through my center venting system. I am taking it in to have it checked next week. Good luck, it can get loud the faster you go but seems to stop at 60???

DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSES THAT BUT MY 2003 HONDA ODYSSEY MAKES THAT LOUD MUTED TRUMPET SOUND INTERMITTENTLY ABOUT 70 MPH NORMALLY DURING HIGH WINDS
