2003 Honda element will start...but is having trouble turning over...I have noticed a green key flashing on my dash...is there anything I can do

When trying to start my 2003 element dx the  engine will turn over but has
trouble doing so.  I have noticed a blinking green light on the dash.   Do you
have any ideas?
