2003 Honda civic fast clicking noise when trying to start. Battery good and just changed starter.

If the battery is good the cable terminals might not be. Must be clean and tight, and have a good ground to block and/or frame -chassis. What you describes sounds like a dead battery, so if you know for a FACT it is good, then it's cables. If you can get it started with a jump, have it load tested. Not just a voltage test, but a load test. How old is battery?
