Question type: Car Customization

Hello guys I have a 2001 honda civic ex 1.7 liter D17a2 engine. right now the stock
engine is pushing 127hp it has about 150,000 miles I know a good engine swap for it is a
K20 but I'm looking to swap it later on in the future. but I want to know what are the best
parts for my car to make it faster like Cold air intake, exhaust system, better pistons.
What are the best brands for those parts ? And if there's more parts other then the ones I
said I would like to know. please help and thank your time for reading my post.

honestly your best source for this information is a website specifically oriented towards Honda's and/or Civics.

if you plan on swapping in the future i would just save that money instead of buying parts for this car.
