when i turn the key it doesn't turn over it doesn't click it does nothing

the battery is fine the radio comes on the lights but when i go to start it i turn the key and it does nothing.

Try putting the shifter in the neutral position if it's a automatic car see if it will start then. If not then get a friend to help. Test for power at signal wire at starter when the key is turned. If so most likely you will need a starter

Bad battery can still run the radio and lights, Battery needs 12-12.9 to get the starter working. Check terminals wires and if battery terminals are tight.
