Accord with 3.2 Acura transmission

I just bought a 2003 v6 accord the trans doesn't
shift so I'm thinking of buying a brand new Acura
3.2 cl transmission will it bolt without any
fabrication?

I have a j35s1 engine I got transmission problem I wonder which Honda transmion fit with j35s1 Saturn Vue 2006 v6 suv
