Honda Civic 1994 license plate, headlights, dashboard lights

Hi everyone, I would like to ask for help about my
2nd car, a honda civic 1994 coupe. Everytime I
unlock my car using the remote, the headlights,
license plate lights and dashboard lights works.
But when I start it and turn on the lights it doesnt
work. Im pretty sure its something about electrical.
The headlight assembly are aftermarket. I bought it
from a private owner as it is. I wanna know how to
fix it because I dont wanna go to a mechanic and
pay for the repair. I wanna do it by myself if its
easy. So guys please help me if you know
something about this issue. Thanks a lot!

Headlights, license plate lights and dashboard lights doesnt work when I start the engine*
