Tom checked power steering pump and alternator with automotive stethoscope .Couldn't really detect the squeal. Tension er is original as far as I know. Squeal is still there with A/C off or on. I am suspecting the tension er. and looking for 2nd onion.

Some Hondas have an idler pully right under the tensioner pully. Both are attached to tensioner but only top one has tension. Did you replace both of them?

On this 4cylender there is only the one.The idler is on the V 6 engine.
