You need to check for blown fusible links, & also on most hondas in the power box in the engine compartment, there are 2 studs at the box, 1 has a cable from the battery & the other has a cable from the stud to the rest of the system(starter etc), I can't recall if the link between the 2 studs is solid or fusible, so check that too, it could be that you have Battery power in, but nothing out. If everything checks out ok, you should suspect your key-fob/entry system or your ignition switch
