It's flashing when I turn on the car then

its telling you that you should change your oil then reset the light

it is mileage based and needs to be manually reset when a service is done. If you check your owners manual it should have the instruction on how to do it for this car. Last I checked it goes off every 7.5 K miles after it is reset but that could have changed.

That's normal on every car. The lights will always flash when starting. It's only an issue if they stay on while you drive.

I also have a 2005 Honda Pilot and the last time I had one on and I Ignored it because I thought I had to change my oil, my radiator blew so get that checked out as soon as possible
