I've replaced the headlights on my Honda Pilot with HID but they were busted after 1 week, should I adjust something?

Did you change any of the wiring or other associated electrical components, or did you just change the bulbs? HID lights require different wiring harnesses as well as different fusing, so most likely your change just ate up the bulbs as they were not getting enough power or overheating.

You might need a new driver circuit for the lamps. Lower power to bulb causes disintegration of the bulbs inner environment which leads to damage to the filament.
