honda oddessy 2004 a/c compressor chaged

Got a compressor from junkyard and the went to the mechanic to replace it, the back
vents are not throwing cold air, but it working perfectly working up front, what can be a
issue??

Make sure the rear heater is working and then test for rear fan control of the rear when A/C is turned on from the front
