About $18,000 for just the engine and transmission plus modifications to the cooling system, electrical system, exhaust and drive line. Also the T56 will need to have provision to have a transfer case mounted to it. Transfer case will need to be replaced with a heavy duty unit. My guess is you either do not have or will not want to spend the 25 Grand + it will take to do it on a 12 year old vehicle.
