I replaced the radiator and thermostat in my 2004 Honda Civic, and I'm having issues, still, with the car overheating. What else could I do?

see if the fans come on when it over heats , Is the exhaust white ? Is there goop under the oil fill cap ? Is the head gasket blown ?
