Why does my 2004 honda accord car factory radio is set to turn on when I start my car but sometimes has no power and then eventually it will display power and turn on after driving my car for a while

Sounds like a bad wiring connection someplace, or it actually delays power to the radio so that there is no extra current draw on the battery and charging system until after the car is running.
