wipers started making knocking noise in rain other night.Pulled over and checked looked like traveling to far .checked today in light and all seems to be working fine ????? Im afraid the next time it rains it will do it again .any suggestions

I found the problem .The arms for the wiper transmission has bushings in them which fell out . I had to order arms from honda around ten bucks a piece. Not to bad. video on youtube shows how to get wiper transmission out .
